I think the rookie escorts should anyways get training,, i think it should be compulsery that they should have an very experienced escort in the room along with them showing the proper way to please a client.
Don't bother with those paper qualifications as hands on experience is and always willb the best

I am fascinated to know what you think the learning curve is ? Seeing as though in your wisdom you have found the ladies very capable !!!!!

From reading and interacting with the ladies here , I have come to appreciate how excellent they are at running a business. This is what they do , they provide a service and get paid for the time and companionship they provide. We are the clients. They are obviously very intelligent and are forward thinkers , maximising the potential business that they can get. They are brilliant at getting the business through their sales abilities , and keeping it. Advertising , marketing , location , touring schedules , appearance etc etc. If in the future these ladies choose a different path , I think their potential in whatever they choose will be amazing.


So Training ? I think these ladies have no need to be insulted or dis respected by anyone. And they certainly don't need to prove to anyone in fact how good their business minds are. The evidence is there for all to see. As a previous poster said its a majority of the clients that need training , in relation to manners , time wasting , ignorance , rudeness , and lack of hygiene ( which I find unbelievable in this day and age that people can't wash themselves properly ) and the most important training a client needs is respect , not just to the ladies but in general.

The stealth threads I call them. Drop the bomb then run and hide. Sad really. But then again when someone is jealous of other people's success , the only way they can deal with it is to insult , while the successful people continue their success. Some people give up others just keep progressing.
