My opinion 1, 2 and 3 are curvy.
4-5 are bit more voluptuous with 5 being mire obese.
I am a healthy cuevy size 12. At size 10 I lose my curves and become more athletic or fit. At 14 I am chubby and at size 16 I am more lumpy than curvy!
Great thread with lots of interpetations of curvy.
To me curvy is big tits, big ass, small waist and shapely legs!

In my mind I have difficulty thinking of someone as curvaceous if they have no curves , but rather are just big.

the girl in my avatar is a good description of curvy (she is also a size 14/16!!++) size has nothing to do with curvy or not, its about proportion of hips and waist. if you dont understand what proportion is then you can never use curvy the right way which has people hijacking the term and using it wrong to mislead/kid themselves and others.
