I'm sorry to say OWO is absolutely essential for me. The absence of the service is a deal breaker.

I am very concious about safety and have sought to educate myself on the topic. You can contract everything from OWO that you can from unprotected intercourse but the risk is far smaller. In particular the risk of the serious transmissiable diseases (HIV and Hep B) is far smaller albeit still present.

I've had my Hep B vaccinations and even had my HPV vaccine. I get a full STD check every three to four months. This of course isn't a preventative measure but it allows for detection of assymptomatic infections and therefore early treatment if required.

If I could go without OWO I would. But it's a complete waste of time for me to go without it . Each of us has to make our own decisions on risk - benefits.

I respect any lady's choice not to provide it. But equally I have the right to choose to only see those who do provide it.

I've had OWO a few times, and I don't feel any difference. So there's no positive, and potential negatives with STI. So I don't ask/want OWO.

I prefer ladies who don't offer it, as I think there is less chance of catching anything from them. But them offering would not put me off either.

I'm quite surprised how high the percentage is for those that find it a deal breaker not to have it, after all the ear bashings ladies have had on here if they do offer it.

I think as long as the lady is offering it because she wants to and not because she feels she has to and she gets regular checks and is checking before giving, then as others have said, it is her choice to do so.

You could get an STI even with using a condom, as it does not cover the areas below, so genital warts etc can still be spread.

Of course if a client comes to me and wants covered oral, then I will happily oblige (that's what flavoured condoms are for), but as morpheus has said, the chances are minimal and easily (in most cases) nipped in the bud if regular checks are maintained. One thing I would say though, is regardless of the risks that you are taking. Everyone, Client and Escort, should attend regular checks while they are active.

Personally it is far from a deal breaker for me - whether covered or not I find it is more about how the lady performs oral on me - I have had some amazing covered sessions and come crap uncovered sessions.

Granted - when offered the choice I will take uncovered - but will always leave it up to the lady to decide which I receive!

Hey there Kate, at the moment according to the polls owo is very popular.

It's an anonymous poll though Nikkita and those kind of polls generally get the non posters contributing, where normally they won't, as they don't want to be in a confrontational situation with other posters. In fact this poll has already had more votes than most polls in a very short time.

I can't say for definite that it is representative of all clients, but in my personal work I would say one in every 40 clients will ask me for covered oral. while one in every 5 will ask me to confirm if I do owo during the booking process and the rest just expect it during a booking.

CIM is a totally different kettle of fish and I rarely get asked for that these days. It's not on offer, but that doesn't normally stop clients if they want something, so I think most guys these days accept the added risk of CIM and are happier to go without due to understanding the health implications.

I have voted its a deal breaker, but that's not strictly true. I think you need another option there. One that says you prefer OWO but it's NOT a deal breaker. The option not bother either way would suggest I don't take it into consideration, which is not the case.

So I'm a fan of OWO as in my opinion it feels better, but if I like the lady and she's not into it I will respect her decision I once had a girl that sneakily put a condom on with her mouth, and i didn't even notice!! So it may be as much a perception thing as anything else.
