Start with step by step instructions on how to remove An Garda Siochana virus. Bear in mind the virus has attached itself to Explorer and may pop up on boot up.
Remove all floppy disks, CD's, and DVDs from your computer, and then restart your computer.
Press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. Please keep in mind that you need to press the F8 key before the Windows start-up logo appears.
Note: With some computers, if you press and hold a key as the computer is booting you will get a stuck key message. If this occurs, instead of pressing and holding the “F8 key”, tap the “F8 key” continuously until you get the Advanced Boot Options screen.
On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with Networking , and then press ENTER.

Safe Mode with Networking]
If your computer has started in Safe Mode with Networking, you’ll need to perform a system scan (as seen on STEP 2) with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and HitmanPro to remove the malicious files from your machine.

What do you mean ? Like is your ip address on your phone hidden ? If so is it when on wifi or out in public ie useing your service provider like meteor or vodafone . If its public you must contact your provider . If its on the wifi there should be no issue and maybe check that provider too . Mobile phones dont have ip address in them . They are given new ones on a lease either from wifi or 3g network .
delete system32. that solves everything
well in the same way that throwing your TV out the window when there is nothing on will help
Sounds to me that rather than your phone has a hidden proxy which is unlikely considering your question but that the Wifi network you are connected to has. Either that or it's a work supplied phone which could be set up to run through a proxy to monitor your activity, either way your fucked.
