Yes, ad staff confirmed earlier in the thread that massage profiles only have the massage option in favourites, no others. If you see profiles with other options ticked then it's not a massage profile, it's an escort profile.
Escort profiles are allowed to have massage in the favourites as well as other options. Maybe the ones with massage in their name do so as they prefer to encourage massage appointments and their name highlights this.
Either way, an escort's profile name really is her own business.
