Are many ways to show appreciation towards a happy customer and each one will show it on her own way.

Reply to reviews is up to lady/guy and no way one should be asked why herself/himself does not conduct her/his business like others (replying to reviews)..

It is very nice to get a reply,but sometimes i think its not the be all and end all,just either reply to all or to none.

I like replies to my reviews and will always read them. Its lovely of the lady takes time to read the review and reply. It will usually ensure a return visit from me.
