Hi Louise, Hope you are well. Thank you for taking the time to answer a few questions for the punting public, I am sure they will enjoy it as much as I have.

First of all Louise,How did you get into the industry initially?

I initially made contact with an agency and had an interview with the
madam. However, I find that agencies are not very organised and their
needs come before my own. I prefer to speak to my clients beforehand and
select them on the basis that we will be a suitable match. Usually, time
wasters reveal themselves through their introduction and strange requests.

So you decided fairly early on that working in an agency was not your ideal situation. I suppose there is good and bad points to both but it depends on the person whether or not you prefer working alone.

How did you first escorting experience go? What was going through your
mind at the time?
I can’t say that my first experience was the best start, again because the
agency managed that first meeting. I did not have the opportunity to speak
to the client and could not gauge what he would be like. The hotel was not
to the standard I insist on and the client took me to be naive in terms of
safety practices, but I was already in my late twenties and prepared for
this kind of behaviour.

You have come on leaps and bounds since then by the looks of it, and now you are in charge of your appointments so I can bet that is a load off your mind.

Is there an outfit you would wear that you favour more than the rest?
I recently bought a vintage dress which I had altered and it fits me
perfectly. I feel very ladylike when I wear it. It hides formal and heavy
underwear which I love to wear underneath, corsets and big
girdle/suspender belts are structured pieces, and they can’t be hidden by
clingy short dresses.

Ooh, you may have to show me that one day! I can imagine you get some weird and wonderful requests when I comes to outfits, maybe the next client will ask you to wear this dress after reading this.

Do you mainly work in Scotland? Is there an ideal country/place you would
like to work?
I am only on tour in Scotland, albeit for an extended period of time. I am
usually based in London. However, I travel a lot for work and I found the
western clients I met in Japan to be an extremely good match according to
my expectations of clients. However, I find Scottish men far more rugged,
and I am probably more likely to meet a boyfriend here, if I chose to.

Being your own boss, you can pick and choose your own hours...How do you
keep busy in your spare time?
Sadly, or fortunately, I am only my own boss part-time. I work full time
and organised my dates with clients to suit my professional lifestyle. I
squeeze a lot in on top of both ‘careers’. I take language lessons and
music lessons in addition to postgraduate courses. I am very fit and
healthy, I am up early to swim and take Bikram yoga classes. I travel a
lot and love to go to the theatre and concerts. During the last contract I
had in Glasgow, I managed to see about twelve plays at Oran Mor and the
Tron Gate theatre. Cultural events are one of the reasons I love staying
in Glasgow.

A very busy woman by the looks. I played a few instruments in my time as well but never had the commitment to keep up with music. What sort of music are you into?

jazz! That would be my dream
job, as a jazz singer.

What are your plans for the long term future?
I am not sure, I will probably spend some time abroad working in my
professional career.

Traveling whilst pursuing a career of choice, we share the same dream Louise. I love to travel, and if my job including traveling as well that would only add to the experience.

How do you feel about the current legislation that may be passed in
Scotland, being that the clients of sex workers may be prosecuted?

I have mixed feelings about this, it homogenises all service providers as
victims who need protection. If anything the lower end of the industry
will be driven further underground and those escorts are less likely to
seek the support they need especially in instances of trafficking and
control. A number of high end agencies provide legitimate unforced
services and independents make their own choices. At the same time, I
can’t deny that if you look at the American market, on the surface at
least, donations are far higher due the restrictions. On the other hand,
countries such as Australia demonstrate a far better attitude to service
providers and their clients and the state benefits through the taxes they
provide. In turn, providers have the right to protection.

I learn something new everyday, I had never looked into Australia's laws on sex work. I will have to do more homework on the laws in other countries. It is great to have more and more escorts opinions on the matter though, regardless of how they view the legislation, clients may be prosecuted but in the end, it is your business that will be effected.

Lastly, and probably more for my benefit and the benefit of the many clients that may be reading :

1) What would be your ideal client?
I have already met some of my ideal clients. The most important thing,
whether meeting a client for an hour or a whole week is consideration and
openness. It helps if there is an intellectual spark between two people,
good conversation helps extended dates run smoothly. Besides, I have
always maintained that good sex starts in the mind.

I have stated before several times that a good conversation would be my most important factor in an appointment if I was a punter. Sex is obviously an important factor but I feel there is a much better connection when you can relate and have a lengthy conversation with someone as well.

2) What would be your ideal date?
Again, I have had some wonderful dates and been treated extremely well by
some of my clients that you can’t help but respect and adore them. Some
clients have paid for spa treatments before our dates, other clients have
taken me to small, unknown, top restaurants, and one client even went out
of his way to find a doctor for me in Paris. But most of all, I remember
the connections made. One of my favourite extended dates was simply
staying in and cooking a meal together and conversation over a bottle
Wine.

Well I am glad you have been treated with the utmost respect in your time so far Louise, I hope this continues and I wish you all the best in whatever direction you choose to go in life. It has been lovely to get to know you a bit more, maybe this will spark a few conversations in the future with clients, open a bottle of red for me while your there
