you girls REALLY need to spell out what the current laws are in Ireland, and bring references to the current legislation in place to combat such things. I would say how the swedish model will make no difference to anything that has been covered.

The focus needs to be on how the laws soliciting already in place are good enough!

1 It is illegal to solicit in a public place [but not to ring a number]

2 it is illegal to be caught having sex with a trafficked prostitute

3 organised prostitution is illegal, aka pimping/madame and brothels

in others words, everything is covered by law already and needs to SPELLED OUT to people like rhuama and the likes when you are participating in areas of media especially TV. the vincent browne show was incredibly biased towards the the views rhuama wanted to paint, but the silly silly man who tried to oppose sarah benson of rhuama just says 'there is already legislation to cover that' there was no details, if you are going to sell something like that, you need evidence, and there is no stronger evidence than the laws of the state
