Until 11/04/10 the only exception to this was if you knew an escort's photos were fake as they are of a known model and you wanted to alert us / other clients to this. However since the introduction of the Fake Photo Reports system we no longer allow this. Please submit a Fake Photo Report instead in this situation.

and at no point does it say you cannot write a review for a lady if she deceived you, pulled a bait and switch, you met a different lady but didn't walk away

To me, it doesn't, logically, make sense to review lady B's service under Lady A's name. In this case, lady A was obviously complicit in allowing lady B see the gentleman but that does't mean the review of her service should be negative.

Perhaps lady A does indeed perform all the favourites listed but lady B doesn't, the gentleman could have walked away. Perhaps lady B, having met the gentleman, is excercising her discretion for the favourites (it's happened to me ). Perhaps the gentleman rubbed lady B up the wrong way when faced with a mismatch between expectation and reality.

Just my two pen'orth, I'm open to correction.

Strictly speaking, there is no option for "I recieved service from somebody, haven't a clue who she was but she put me off my stroke"

We aren't going to cover everything with rules and this was discussed in another thread. When we do take action with these types of reviews, clients are informed via PM. Whenever we implement rules, people try to circumvent them, so I will just say a generic 'we can edit or remove anything for any reason'.

The same applies when the review states, 'not the girl in the pictures, but service was excellent'. Should we allow these reviews too and help escorts out that are deceiving clients? No, we shouldn't.

Also, when an escort account has several reviews with different girls in the thumbnails, we are expected to rat the ones that didn't belong to the current escort. It's the same difference.

The problem is because of clients. The latest trend now is for clients to leave a review stating 'not the girl in the pictures' simply because they weren't offered a discounted service or the escort wouldn't provide services that they don't actually list. To be honest, 'favourites' or discretionary anyway, and I also don't agree with negative reviews because an escort wouldn't do something that she didn't want to do or felt uncomfortable doing.

I have had people say to me before, 'What about trusted clients?' 'What about clients that everyone knows on the message boards?' Remember, we did away with the Trusted Reviewer status for two reasons; a) people were abusing their status to pressure escorts into discounted services/provide certain services, saying that they could 'crush' their reputation if they didn't do what they wanted, and b) it glorified people that probably didn't deserve that level of recognition.

The 'accuracy of photos' option should really apply to how accurate the photos are for that particular escort, i.e. not 'it isn't the girl in the pictures' but more so, 'the pictures are heavily airbrushed' or whatever. If Alice Goodwin in advertising and you turn up and it is Susan Boyle, fair play if you walk away and review accordingly, but clients are staying anyway (well, you did travel all that way to see an unverified escort, after all ) and then complaining about a poor service... after already being deceived!

As I always say, I hate the reviews process, but just to reiterate, check the following:

• Are the photos verified or awaiting verification? If they are not verified or are awaiting verification, the Ad Staff team have not vouched for the accuracy of the pictures compared to the verification photo.
  
  
• Does the escort allow reviews? If so, read through them to get a good idea of what to expect, but note that not everyone clicks with the same people. Also, this might help you get a good idea of the type of service you want. If the escort doesn't allow reviews, there is obviously no basis for comparison, so it can be a gamble, but then again, everyone has to start from scratch.
  
  
• Favourites; many people turn up to visit an escort with OWO on their favourites, and often may be turned away because the client has a hygiene problem. We are aware that there are escorts that offer services, verify them on the phone and don't provide them, but still, favourites are discretionary and trying to push an escort to provide a service that they don't won't to provide is a form of coercion.
  
  
• If it isn't the escort in the photos, you have already been deceived. If you receive a bad service, that it your business.
