    dont worry hun it takes time to adjust to it, stay at it and you will find it easier and easier, and for christ sake dont starve yourself, and go easy in the gym dont kill yourself until you get used to the routine

    keep eating pizza, i do and go the gym 3 times a week. 30 - 40 mins non stop each session and then out. Dont overdo it, you dont need to, only blokes tryin to bulk up need to do long boring sessions. Ladies should do the blitz thing ..... it works

    I am working hard. I will go every day until i get used to the exercises. Thank you for the advice !!! It really is very helpful

    Don't just suddenly drop coke and pizza, although they are some of the worst.

    Personally I dont have any problems with wieght and can eat what I want, lucky me.

    Eat loads of fruit, veg and fish. Tip ones told to me is eat an apple before your main meal in the day. You will eat less because of the juice that is in the apple. Be sparce with oil and butter. Drink loads of water, skip the beers your not drinking, take a glass of Rose instead or stronger drink.

    Ones you get used to gym it's getting addicting and after few weeks you will miss if your not going.
