caffeine really isnt the devil, it depends on how much devil you take

heres a study indicating how caffeine can regulate pain, the body is overly sensitive to exercise pain, simply because it doesnt recognise what is going on.

caffeine helps dull the overly sensitive pain receptors thus allowing the person to push on. now obviously, there is some common sense with this, you arent going to jump from a 80kg bench press to a 140kg bench press solely on having a caffeine boost, that will fookin hurt!! lol

8 cups a day wont increase threshold either, only so much caffeine saturation is needed.

Tea contains as much caffeine as coffee, but in addition to caffeine it also contains beneficial compounds.

well fook it, i'd an essay written there, and the system logged me out

simply put, afterburn is yet another BS sales play on words invented by those who want to sell you something, there is plenty of this in the industry, and i hate it!

afterburn is quite simply elevated metabolism induced via exercise, everyone will have this to varying degree after a session and i'll bet you my last cent that a heavy all out deadlift or squat session will have you way more elevated than a 20min HIT cardio session.

you're dead correct on protein/carb principal but its more carb manipulation that counts in the greater scheme of things.

tea 25 to 110 milligrams of caffeine
    coffee 47-164 milligrams

above is dependent on brand etc

important thing to rem is someone is always trying to sell something in the fitness industry hun, its all just re-invention of the same basic principals.
in my 21yrs of training this is what works, KISS (keep it simple stupid) xo

what he doesnt tell you is the amount of HGH and AAS he and his select on video 'clients' use. drugs are the only shortcut and even then, you need to know what you're doing.

its all a big con hun, same as how ppl dont understand how to fix a car, these clowns prey on the fact that 90% of ppl dont know how the human body body works in terms of exercise, diet and adaption.

    I know what Afterburn IS,

"Afterburn Effect" is just an easy reference/label to describe in a phrase what otherwise may take a sentence. KISS
