nah there was no standing on my back LOL, was just oils, with slow gentle strokes, didn't get the stones but the heat from them expands the muscle fibers making them more flexible and easier to manipulate, and afterwards I was left for 15 minutes to relax with a cup of ginger tea and a bowl of sweet fruits, was almost asleep when she came back LOL

on the major plus side for me was the fact that for the next week I didn't have to roll out of the bed in the mornings as my back felt amazing

negative, I can't afford to go every week so it's back to constant pain again
