There are certain boundaries no one should
breach and the mother /son or father / daughter
incest thing are definitely at the very top of the list
As you said it has brought a lot of pain to a lot of children
and should not (in my opinion ) be legitimised

Thanks for explaining Sao but it still freaks me out. There are loads of explanations why someone could be requesting Incest role play but while Actual Abuse may be one of the reasons I'd never ever be happy to call anybody daddy in a sexual sense.

You mention the role play to love and protect - In what way is a man asking someone to call him daddy while sucking his cock loving and protecting?
