Okay, I have stayed out of this thread because to be honest, I haven't got the foggiest of what is going on.

I don't know of any pending court case against ninebythree, nor do I care for the bloke. From what I understand reading this, apparently there are ninebythree tribute acts trolling and bad-mouthing E-I and these profiles are under investigation, not the actual ninebythree, so let's clear that up.

Someone logged in as me, Samlad Smith. This wasn't me, I don't get involved in these political debates. I know I have banned loads of ninebythree tribute acts too (for example: niner, niners, ninerthree, ninetythree, etc.), but I don't necessarily believe that these are his profiles. On another website that seems to have been taken down, www.escortireland.com, apparently the IIE owner David had narrowly escaped with his life after three blokes with Northern Irish accents kidnapped him and threw him in the back of a van or something, and he managed to free himself and leg it... and another story about him dodging a bullet and escaping from Russian hit-men or something of a similar fashion. Absolutely laughable, and clearly somebody taking the piss!

It is no secret that the IIE clan aren't exactly a big fan of E-I. I banned a few of these users myself. If people want to complain about E-I, leave them to it. From what I understand from several escorts, ninebythree is a stand up chap, an excellent client and a gentlemen to escorts, so fair enough to the bloke, but he isn't a reviews moderator or poster on here for whatever reason (and before my time, so I don't know all the details) and we won't be unbanning him to 'have his say'. I don't believe that he has ever threatened an escort, otherwise he wouldn't be getting this level of support from them.

As for Westside, I banned him for constantly arguing with certain escorts. He was already relieved of his modship/competition czar status for this, but as far as I know was never abusive or threatening. Nicole and I unbanned him as we kept in touch with him via email and regardless of the issues, has always maintained a level of candour. As some of you know, we have much more time for people that compose themselves with manners and respect even if there is a huge conflict of interest or differences. For this reason, we gave Westside a second chance whether people agree with it or not.

What is also very interesting is the number of views this thread has had. Last week, I put up a thread about a pill that would have repress the development of Alzheimers; it had 13 replies and 269 views. As soon as we see a thread about telling someone else to f**k themselves, we have over 200 replies and nearly 8,000 views. This puts everything into perspective, doesn't it? So much speculation, playing on words, accusations, turning things out of context... people love the drama. All the time, the same people come out and respond and it is as predictable as the sun will set at night.

There will never be a balanced debate regarding this. There are too many people posting just to stir a debate rather than have any genuine intention behind the message, that's human nature. There are too many conflicts of interest and differences in morals. Too many people jump on the band-wagon when it goes past or believe everything they read in the papers.

E-I is not responsible for the DDOS attacks on IIE. In David's 'message' I read about a year ago, he states that he now has enough evidence to prove that the competitor is responsible for these attacks and it will go to court. This is the same as saying ninebythree will be going to court; if it happens, we will read about it, and even then, we can't rely on the authenticity of what is printed anyway.

Much to the annoyance of most of you, I will lock this thread because it doesn't make any sense, much like the original post. It has been running long enough for everyone to have their say and any continuation threads will be deleted.
