I find the communication challenge one of the more gratifying elements of a meeting, if you can make her smile and make yourself understood then everything else is a bonus. I have met a few ladies who had little or no English, but I still managed to have plenty of chat using the little bits of language I know.

they all speak better english than us irish anyway lol we tend to take the shorcut for exmaple they say the whole word "What" and we say "wha"

Had interactions with many speakers of different languages and can usually get by. Most of the ladies have english and also sexy accents which is a bonus. You shouldn't have many problems, but as a few have said, make a call and talk with them.
