For ages, people have been harping on about this series and I've sort of said, "Yeah, I'll watch it when I get a chance". Anyway, I watched season one recently and HAD to see the second series, which I now have done. I am kicking myself for not doing so earlier as it is EPICALLY AWESOME!!!!

The story is very complex, but ultimately after the death of the King, there are seven kingdoms all waging war on each other to become the one king of the lands.

The characters are fantastic, with my personal favourite being Tyrion Lannister, known as 'The Imp' as he is a dwarf, but is rich and has a penchant for the ladies of the night. Out of all of the 20 episodes between series one and two, I can only think of one episode that doesn't have sex in it!

Game of Thrones is a 'must see' series filled with violent battles, shagging, conspiracy, more shagging, incestuous relationships, yet more shagging and quality one-liners. Get it watched!!!

I'm halfway through Season 2 on my Sky box and loving it. I'd love to be the casting director for that show, though.
