I think we're in agreement here. While yes, of course both punter and escort tend to be on their best behaviour when in each others company, the question is, how long can either side really keep up the facade? And why would punter or escort do that to themselves, when holidays are meant to be for relaxing, not pretending?

I don't remember saying anything about beer as I don't drink, but my thinking 'in terms of shags' is just putting things into perspective about what a punter can get for their money. Most of us punters are not now nor ever will be wealthy, and will NEVER have the kind of money it would cost to bring an escort on holiday with us. I can fully imagine myself spending approx. €10,000 on escorts spread out over the next 5 years, but €10,000 in a single week? I could never justify to myself spending that kind of money for any holiday in ANYONES company. There's no one's 'companionship' I value that highly!
