It's called the sniff and go test, have you not heard about it?
    The clue is here.

I don't think I need to explain myself further, you've put it all there so people can see I'm not just relying on a smell. There are many factors and the main being, I don't do it with someone I have not met before. I have regular contact with those I do it with. This helps in two ways. I have contact with them. If I discover I have an sti I can make sure they know and visa versa.

I did once have a young chap who panicked and thought he had caught something. We both went to the clinic (I went on top of my normal visits) and we were both confirmed as STI free. He apologised for getting in a panic and I told him not to be silly. I would rather know and help him get it sorted than not. I have now been seeing him on and off for over a year and I know he is very careful, because he worries and he now knows what to do if he needs a check up.

Being a regular means that the lines of communication are open and where it doesn't hold guarantees, it does mean you are not faced with a relatively anonymous person and narrowing down who you are doing it with means you also know who might be responsible or need contacting should anything happen.

I don't see more than 2 to 4 people 3 times a week as a rule, so my numbers are not vast and are controllable.

Thanks for that! As a mother of two grown boys, I am now going to put their laundry into the machine only whilst wearing a bio-hazard suit!

Remember all those times you thought it was sweaty feet that made their socks go all hard and stiff, think again

Hence... Why I use condoms for giving oral. It's simpler, far less complicated. If someone contracts an STD, they haven't got it from me.

Thats silly too. Everyone you see will be sleeping with others, so you are sleeping with their others too. Lets not play with words, if you really think that you are low risk then great. You aren't, and I'm not trying to be alarmist there. To each their own, I couldnt care if you are swinging with Fred West types personally but we need to be really clear on the information we give. There is nothing cool about HIV, Gonorrehea or Oral Thrush. You cant smell it, you cant see it, and we all have to worry about it.
