I don't know if its just my imagination, but have other members noticed a recent increase in the number of agencies and independent escorts using banner adverts. At 500 Euro on top of the 250 Euro monthly rate, this is a significant additional expenditure for the independents, particularly those with a high financial outlay such as children to support.

Given the numbers of escorts now operating in Ireland (particularly in Dublin), this is a clear sign of the level of competition that now exists between escorts. Like politicians and economists, no escort will talk the market down, but having spoken to a number of escorts that I know well, they have nearly all complained of a reduction in business. Increased advertising i.e. banners, using different names, posting adverts in the community section may help in the short term. However, as long as rates in Ireland are higher than anywhere else, new escorts will be attracted to come here, if only on a touring basis. So with no sign of a reduction on the supply side, the only question that remains is - will a downturn in the Irish economy, higher unemployment, less spending power, etc have an affect on demand.

I think the signs are already there. Prudent punter activity combined with market forces could result in price reductions in the future combined with more all-inclusive pricing. The punters prayers may finally be answered.

P.S. Keep up the good work Paws.
