Seriously Selina, we see photos of ladies, have all sorts of descriptions of what we can do together and rarely any help on the environment. I'll be totally honest and say I've had a couple of bad experiences where the place was bordering on the grotty. I'm not complaining, just saying that I find the whole thing A LOT more enjoyable if it's in a nice place and a relaxed atmosphere.
By the way, I wouldn't expect you to provide the Moet & Chandon that you have in your pics, but if I was happy to bring it would you be happy to drink it ?

Its a perfectly valid question in my view. Like anything else, the quality of your surroundings can add to the enjoyment of the occasion. If you think I can help , them pm me.

Personally, I dont care that much about the physical standard of the room or the apartment , provided the basics are in place and the shower works. What I do care about , greatly, is the environment . I like the apartment to be discreet and easy to access in a reasonably nice location. The escort can add to the whole atmosphere, by making sure the apartment is quiet ,clean and tidy when you are there and that some effort is made to create a relaxing envirnment by using some nice lighting/candles and some music. These are simple things and can be brought to bear anywhere.
