Friendly and open minded would be the two main things.
I find a lot of different types of women attractive so the physical appearance of the lady can vary a lot from appointment to appointment.

While I may visit ladies of different shapes and sizes my ideal lady is slim (size 8), 5'6", small ass and medium brests (C cup). Skin / hair colour and nationality are irrelavant to me especially if she is really slim
On an appointment it is much better if she speaks good english but as most of my appointments are 30mins it doesn't really matter too much, in fact on the shorter appointments I have come to think it's nearly better if she doesn't

A positive friendly attitude; looks, favourites, etc. can be gauged by profile/reviews but the 'this is going to be great' factor relies on the initial 5 minutes. And makes a world of difference!

Most important is good reviews, my rule is she must have at least 10 reviews and at least 90% of her reviews must be positive. I don't have specific criteria for personality and looks, its more about if she makes you feel good, a positive vibe and gives you a lift but I can only know this when I meet her in person - i can't really explain it with words

To answer your question more seriously - looks (as per profile pics) backed up by reviews are what will make me go see a lady.

After that her personality, the click factor, and her style of service provision is what will keep me coming back.
