I don't mean this in a miserable troll-type way but I can never understand what "pointers" folks think they need.

When I started out punting when I was 24 I phoned an escort or rolled up on a massage parlour basically just trying not to burst out of the front of me trousers.

I'm absolutely mystified about this "need pointers" thing......

Yes it is. It isn't just about a significant other finding out, but protecting your privacy too. Unfortunately some ladies think it's acceptable to contact clients, to let them know they're available in their area. Touting for business. It's not the done thing in my eyes but it happens, even on Christmas day!

Also, imagine if an escorts phone is stolen or she loses it. Your number could end up in the public arena which might be detrimental to your career etc too. Always best to err on the side of caution with these things Banjaxed.

I've been thinking about getting one, not that I have any plans to become a prolific "punter" or anything, but I'd agree and actually now understand that you never can be cautious enough. It takes a bit of a scare before you realise, unfortunately, how much you have to lose to unscrupulous people who wouldn't think twice about embarrassing you.

No, you are quite right. You have however been given good advice here. Follow those simple things and you will be fine. Most ladies are tremendous and you wont know why you were anxious at all in the first place. Let us know how you get on .

Ok ppl. Armed with all this knowledgeable advice I will ponder if this is worth it.
I acknowledge there are risks and precautions to consider and that one false move is akin to disarming a nuclear bomb.

However I will dip my toe in and test the waters. If its not for me then so be it.

Still biding my time - impulse spending at the weekend knocks me back. Unfortunately I think I joined the forum too early, I perhaps should have left it till nearer the time I was free to punt. I'm also a tight arse and refuse to travel very far and thus missed another opportunity recently

Definitely the punting fone or sim is a must..I googled my number lately and was shocked how many times my name came up.
