Changing URL on iPhone/iPad
Want to get hulu on my iPad and have come across some sites offering to change my URL so as it appears device is American and then this allows you to access apps that are not available in Ireland. Anyone done this. Is it a good idea.
Does it effect your machine in anyway. Can u still use for normal apps in your home region.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Not know much, but I do know it means device is "jailbroken" you will probably find an app called "cydia" somewhere that allows you access to a whole new world of apps
