Ahh it's a bit feckin sad, I don't know if these guys get advice at all, Steve Staunton was the same, rabbit in the headlights when the pressure screw turned, AVB the same, he got lucky with Porto but he just didnt have the experience when it was needed and should never have taken the job, still surprised how stupid Abromovich was to employ him in the first place.
