Chelsea have spent more sacking managers in the last 10 years than most of the other top clubs have spent buying players. Sooner they go wallop the better.

I will for one miss his amazing tactical discussions the man knew his stuff, but my heart says fuck him he left Porto after saying he would stay, he got greedy, seen the big lights and left. Delighted!

I hate this player 'power' ethic thats developed. unfortunately it exists and it takes a certain managerial style to stoke the egos of some and a good kick up the arse for others

About time not saying I dislike the guy but he lost the players it will be interesting to see how Di mattio will do as he has little experience but he has respect as a former player bring it on.... That's for the update highwayman

Agree completely. 99% of the players in the Premiership are mercenaries.

Ahh it's a bit feckin sad, I don't know if these guys get advice at all, Steve Staunton was the same, rabbit in the headlights when the pressure screw turned, AVB the same, he got lucky with Porto but he just didnt have the experience when it was needed and should never have taken the job, still surprised how stupid Abromovich was to employ him in the first place.
