If genuine idependent ladies start to proclaim independence on their profiles, don't you think the people controlling the non independent ladies will follow suit?

I have little or no doubt that on many occasions I have exchanged pms and other communications with a person who profits from the work of the escort rather than the escort herself -- no doubt in my mind.
Wrt to the declarations -- you will notice that many indies do declare -- seldom ( if at all ) do the controllers do so on behalf of their girls, particularly where they are registered.They dont want to be bothered interacting with the client in the way an indie would. Its another unpleasant hurdle for them.

Whilst I appreciate your opinion I really can't see how you can be so sure. If it were as simple as independent escorts declaring it on their profile because a controlled escort would never have that declaration, we wouldn't have the problem that we so obviously have.
Seriously, How do you know I am the person behind the Heather profile. I could be anyone, controlling 20 profiles or more, including Heather's. I could be communicating with punters on here and by phone & email on behalf of any number of profiles. I don't think you would know it.

The trick is trying to figure out who is independent and who isn't. I'm relatively new to this escorting milarky, but I can safely say the connection between the seedy, underworld side and escorting is what really really really puts me off it. It's the easiest thing in the world for a pimp to edit a girls profile and say she's independent and tick all the right online boxes. I think the only way you really know is by establishing some sort of online interaction with the girl prior to seeing her and trying to get a feel for the situation. But really, at the end of the day, there really is no way to know. Maybe visiting her is the only way to know, but by then it's too friggin late. I mean of course I'd walk out if I got a hint of a problem, but still. It's just a sub standard system in total really!
EI need to police more I think. if they're making such vast amounts of cash then start a proper vetting programme.
