The point I am making really is that, as you said, the court case is still pending, so we can't state these these as fact if there is no evidence. Sure, people should make a choice, but I've removed comments said for (who would be considered) true independent on the same principals.
It's rumours. If these escorts use the same photographer and someone wants to veer clear, nobody is stopping them. We hear so much about the media twisting things and changing the context of things... that always happens here! Do we laugh it off or assume that there must be an element of truth to these things? In my eyes, truth is a series of events that have been agreed upon by the majority... fact is what actually happened.
The problem with this industry is the whole anonymity of it all. As long as there is anonymity, there's ambiguity. That's also the fundamental flaw of a reviews system.
