    Going back to an earlier post (have a bit of a gagging order in place) ...

    Daft as it may sound, the photographer, not the model owns copyright. In a professional setting, where a 'release form' is signed fair enough but, am open to correction here, my understanding is whoever, wherever you are the photographer has copyright.

    Will refrain from further comment.

    In an amateur case yes. If the photographer was paid to take the photographs for another person or company then that person/company would normaly have the copyright unless stipulated otherwise in a contract.
