It's called recession chic. They're all coming here to help us out by trying to improve our impoverished existance in much the same way as many Irish people go to African countries to build houses for the poor. When we were rich and flaunting it, they would'nt have dreamed of coming here to share what they have with us.
If you don't believe me, just look at the way the number of escorts here has increased over the past three years since our economy imploded. They are the modern equivalent of Mother Teresa and her sisters ministering to the needs of the poor.
