Just to add to it - One of the Laws of Natural Justice is an individuals right to a fair hearing. The right to a fair hearing means that the individual should be given prior notice of the case against him, a fair opportunity to answer it, and the opportunity to present their own case. A basic rule of fair procedure is that both sides should be heard.
I just ask the question has Sperminator been afforded that right here??????
