I know it's all relative to ones own experiences but lads we're on a losing team when it comes to gender.
We may be: Physically stronger, fitter, greedier, harder, less emotional, less eratic etc. etc.
but women are the stronger gender in all ways but physically (even there they endure childbirth, which we cannot conceptualise).
The women I have known in my parent's generation make their men look like dependant infants. Strong women who have raised large families, endured weak husbands, physical, psychological & emotional abuse, economic dependence on men, doing the loaves & the fishes every week to feed kids, going without themselves for their kids, watching selfish fools of husbands squander money on drink, gambling (escorts ?) etc etc & they came through it with honour, grace & dignity. My heart soars seeing them now, with a new life, after burying their idiot men.
These women have endured, physical strength pales in comparison to their strength. I bow to my mother's generation of women, taken for granted by too many & valued by too few.

This generation of selfish, pussy-whipping, want it all women have gone to the other extreme. Maybe the pendulum needed to swing all the way over before the equilibrium will be achieved in the next generation, my daughter's generation, I can but hope.
