The differences between mods, managers and ad staff?

It's a wet Sunday afternoon, and I'm sitting here scratching my arse and pondering the "meaning of life?"

So I was wondering what is the difference between the roles of the Forum Moderators and the Forum Managers?

I think I've an idea of what the mods do, but where do the managers come in? The bottom line is what determines who gets to wear the gold crown and who has to settle for the silver crown???

Then there's the review mods who clearly have to wade through the drivel of reviews daily. But do these mods also have to police the forum?

Then there's the ad staff who I presume will just have to deal with the ladies and advertising stuff. But how come they get to wear the gold crown too??

I lastly, I presume mods and managers are paid by E-I or do some of you do it pro bono?

As Anon said, Ad Staff deal with the phones and profiles. Moderators moderate the message boards, Review Mods deal with the reviews. Managers oversee the message boards and deal with various issues and often link with all of the above, although the roles can often cross depending on the issues.
