Morph- I'm no legal eagle but have ahem.. read much on this specific topic in several jurisdictions- it makes no odds in this case... this type of evidence a) wouldn't be used unless its on the level of a murder trial, b) even in that case it probably wouldn't stand up.

Your ISP is required by law to keep logs of your web activities. That will be enough to show that somebody using your ip address accessed this forum at around 20:50 and accessed the page to post a thread and then clicked on a link to submit a thread. It would not be hard to establish who you are if somebody has access to the logs kept by your isp.

Am I afraid? No, I access this and other escorting sites through a vpn run by an organisation that is not required to keep logs.

The worst that could happen to me is that local law enforcement could get suspicious about why I am using a vpn.
