I dont know your circumstances, but my one piece of advice is go and see your GP tomorrow. Not everyone likes the idea of medication, but there are some very good medications, with little side effects, that can help ,even if its for the short term. They allow you to get to a slightly different level where youcan make the right decisions to start to move your life in the right direction. PM me if you want to know names.
