I know what horseshit smells like & this stinks worse than a chicken rendering plant in July....
there is no "vile" allegation, this is merely a smokescreen to use to withdraw from the Presidential race now it's crystal clear that Dana would be lucky to get a few hundred votes... the rest of this charade is merely yet more self promotion for this woman...

Dana criticises "vile" allegation against her family
today at 8:40 am
Reports suggest that presidential hopeful Dana Rosemary Scallon may quit the race for the Aras over a “vile and false” accusation against a member of her family.
Dana made the startling revelation last night on RTÉ’s Prime Time with Miriam O’Callaghan.
"It has come to my attention that yet further allegations, this time of a most untrue, malicious and vile nature, have been levelled against a member of my family.”
Dana also said the false accusation against her family member is simply an attempt to “destroy my good character.” However, the Independent candidate failed to comment on what the allegation was in relation too, even after a good prodding by Miriam.
“We [Dana and her family] have now been advised that all possible lines of inquiry regarding this communication is being pursued with prosecution authorities in the United States.”
The news could see Dana quit the race for fears of her family’s wellbeing and she was noted to have said, “no stone will go unturned” in her efforts to find out who is responsible for this “vile and false” accusation. However, when asked on Prime Time last night if she would leave the race Ms Scallon said she did not believe “you should ever give in to malicious intent, never”.
The allegation in question is expected to hit the media sometime today, so check back for an update.
