The sad thing was he was only banned for a day to cool off and gather himself but his actions after may effect that and he may get a permenant ban instead.

This could have been avoided if he let it go and reported the offence

as for the bullying, shirley wasnt entirely innocent either but the abuse he posted was over the top and not the smartest way to deal with the situation

Look, I'm not saying what Shirley done was right, what I am saying is she was dealt with by the managers, we all make mistakes but I feel for a first offence she got a raw deal and in turn was bullied herself to an extreme IMO by the other poster, this is just a thread to put things back in perspective so we can move on without all out war starting because as another poster rightly pointed out, this is the ladies livelihood and who are we to mess with that...
