for my customers i.e students, id never call them what u used arrogant ugly scumbags, cause u know what without them i may not have a job! there is old saying dont bite the hand that feeds u, i have some serious students who i hope can stay out of trouble in later life but i know they will find it difficult. however id never say to them or their parents ur son/daughter is a dumbass scumbag who will amount to nothing. why because i have values and these students are the reason i have a job. in my opinion this shows a lot about ur value's no matter what shit or fancy words u reply with lucy.
