Disgusting people like Ruhama/Dillon just use the issue of trafficking to further their own causes and make money, no regard for honesty or the welfare of any woman in this imdustry, scum is what they are.

Now I have no regard either way for Ruhama or Dillon but I find it a bit incredulous that you refer to an organisation as scum . Have ruhama really no regard for the welfare of any woman in this industry ,surely one woman saved from trafficking justifies their existence .
