Calm before the Storm
Perhaps you've heard that Hurricane Irene is starting to head up the East Coast of the States.
As I sit here in New York, it's a truly weird vibe all around- been here over a decade & never seen anything quite like the reaction- it was a beautiful calm summers day... but the supermarkets are being emptied of food (& water!), there's backed up lines at the petrol stations & people are talking like it's the end of the world, southern coastal counties of New Jersey are being evacuated & it sounds like Long Island may have the shit knocked out of it, just read that low lying parts of NYC may get emptied!
Some escorts have already started offering ahem.. "Hurricane Blow-Out" sales ( gotta love Capitalism LOL).
I've prepared myself as well as can be expected & just made some last purchases-
