what do u say when people ask u this? yeah im great, im grand, not a bother, etc

but is that how u really are, sometimes when ya ask people this they give u one of the above answers but u know full well they arent any of the above (there actually having a really bad time).

what im trying to say is how in touch with ur emotions/feelings are u?

the generation before mine, i feel never showed much in the way of emotions/feelings.
the ad on the telly usta say 1 in 4 people will suffer from mental health issues!

how in touch are u or do u block out these feelings in someway with substances or other means.

yeah i think its a strong thing especially with the irish, can i ask what u mean by ur culture?
