I'm sure if she has lots of positive reviews she had a genuine reason.
Its a bummer when it happens though.

I think you are been extremely harsh here mate. Sure, I can understand the frustration and disappointment you felt, but she did send you a text to cancel. She does not owe you an explaination, she canceled ... end of story! It could have been for any number of reasons in her PRIVATE life. I know it's frustrating, the build up of anticipation is hard to release when you've been let down but I think the fact she sent you a text was being respectful, who knows what happened, I'd more inclined to worry if she is OK rather than thinking about myself, as you said, she is a well reviewed and well liked lady and obviously something happened which caused her to cancel, hopefully nothing bad..
