She should just do a blanket of "thank yous" for every reviewer no matter how boring, awkward or strained the appointment was? I happen to be one who leaves a comment on each of her reviews.. it goes back to that whole 'personal touch/service' thing I

hark about.. lol. Each of my comments are personal as opposed to being a generic 'thank you babe' or 'hunni yu so graet (sic)' .

They are aimed at the reviewer, recalling a moment or aspect of our encounter.. I've had only positive feedback on this..
