Probably not the answer you want to hear but I for one would have a problem visiting a lady that had opted out of the review system. To me it just rings alarm bells (rightly or wrongly ...).

Perhaps a bit harsh - I appreciate that you might have had some oddball that nobody could reasonably please leaving a crap review but there is a right to reply on the review system currently in place. For what it's worth, I don't think leaving reviews prior to opting out would change my decision on whether or not to visit - frankly, if someone has opted out I would be suspicious and unlikely to make a booking.

Sorry, but just my tuppence worth ...

I am interested in all opinions- positive and negative.

Just to point out, this isn't because of some cockweasle who is going to leave me a review. More a general thing.

I think I wouldn't bother leaving a reply. If it was a fair negative then I have nothing to say and if it wasn't but fake I'll petition the f*ck out of it to be removed. If I used the reply I would say some seriously rude things lol.

I do not think doing away with reviews would be a good idea.At the end of the day you are paying for a service which is no money 2 some but more to others.I have went 2 lady's who have bad reviews and found the service good and vice versa.
At the end of the day you can not please everyone but reviews are important 2 give you a heads up on what 2 expect. If a escort has all negative's i will give them a miss but if they are half negative and half good i will check them out.

Your post makes little sense to me so apologise if I don't reply properly.

This isn't about doing away with reviews though. It is about how one can opt out of reviews but still show themselves to be a genuine service provider

I do take the reviews of a lady on board when considering to visit her but I still like the option of leaving a review myself so on principle I will not visit a lady that has opted out, even if all reviews are visible. Like others have said, she could briefly opt in when she knows she will get a positive or opt out when she knows a negative is a possibility. I would also be pissed off if all I could see were positives and I had a bad experience, I surely would feel duped. Nope irrelevant to reasons I will not visit a lady that has opted out. Even ladies that I have visited, left positive reviews for but since have opted out I will not visit again.

But how would that work .

If the reviews are not up date , a lot could have in the time that the escort has opted out. The escort concerned might have been a genuine service provider when she opted out but her service might have deteriorated and the client has no recourse because the escort is living off previous review history .

Amber, from the sound of things, one would think it would be possible to change the system, but there is now so much suspicion associated with opting out - most likely because it leads to your photos being unverified - that it would take a major change in the clients for such system to work.

    I don't see it happening.

If they were all positive at least then that wouldn't be seen as the reason for opting out.
Without sounding like I'm fobbing anyone off here, we did have a massive debate about this not too long ago.

Just asking, did it change anything?

Amber I see your point, there are many reasons a girl might not want to have reviews published, and not always because she is expecting a negative review. Personal security would be one that I would consider a very valid reason. I am not sure of the solution to the dilemma. I like reading reviews and enjoy posting reviews of my experience. I can see how some "cockweasle" as you so eloquently put it might use the review system to try and put pressure on for more time etc. I think this has already led to some changes before I joined this site. Perhaps a counter on a profile page showing number of reviews in past twelve months and then a tally of positive negative and neutral. Of course the same counter would have to have a N/A tally as well. Following on from that maybe some sort of request to read reviews... Not sure if that is practical but my thoughts for what its worth.

I'm just fairly sick of the reviewing process to be honest. The amount of times I hear "are you as good as your reviews" frustrates me.

Today I had a prick turn up, fully aware that I am only offering a massage service now, asking for a full service. On refusal he warned me of the bad review he would leave. Dick

The fact that so many people think that when you know they leave reviews you need to go above and beyond. No. I don't care, jog on.
The whole thing is just leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. If I opt out my photos won't be verified. Gah.

Amber - your profile quite clearly state you're doing massage only at the moment. I'm sure that was clearly communicated on the phone too. So let the dick leave a bad review, it reflects negatively on him, not you. It's not the review that is important, but who it came from. In general I follow a trend in reviews, not individual reviews, and look out for those I respect. If I see a negative review, I'll look at that reviewers others reviews first before deciding to paying any attention to it.
Thank you all the ladies I had pleasure of meeting. Forever grateful for the memories
