Of course we don't allow fake photos to be posted again if they've been reported fake.
In this case, there needs to be clarification:
1) The escort owns the copyrights to these pictures; there is a legal loop-hole that we currently cannot combat because as she owns them, we have no right to remove them... however....
2) As we know that this is not the girl in the pictures, we will not verify them
3) This has been brought to the attention of the public on this thread, so that should be fair enough
4) There is an active fake photo report attached to her profile to show the source of these pictures; this has been argued about between E-I and Judy and we have told her that we are not under any obligation to try to 'cover up' this information, and as tshe is not the person in the photos, then the report will remain active, but as she owns the pictures, we will leave them
5) The false advertising is on the part of the escort, not E-I
6) If you looked at a 1970 Capri for sale in the Auto Trader with a photo of a 1970 Ferrari do you think you would buy it?
Just to add, we don't agree with this either. It's not our regard to the Irish client that should be concerned here, it's the escort's. If she is using pictures of someone else, she runs the risk of getting bad reviews.
Yes, escorts pay to advertise with us but we do have rules. In this case, the rules don't cover such an eventuality and we need to look into the legal implications of this before we impose anything. I completely see the clients' perspective here and we have taken measures to ensure that these pictures have a fake photo report and are not verified.
