    Inspired by Stephanies dual personality!!!

What is your favourite type of cuisine and why? Both to eat and if you are lucky enough to Cook.

Brussell sprouts and stuffing... could live off that food alone providing it's prepared by someone else... but for fecks sake preparing and cooking food takes the good out of eating it

Love all types of food and alas it shows ! !

    Special favs:

    1. Sitting in rustic pub beside an open turf fire, good company (M or F), plate of steamed mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce, washed down with a pint of Guinness.

    2. Restaurant - fillet steak (med to well) in a pepper sauce with thick cut chips, mushrooms and onions. Oh and a nice bottle of Flurie.

    3. Local takeaway - roast duck cantonese with fried rice.

    4. At home - fruity chicken curry (apples, raisins, sultanas, mango chutney) mmmmmm.

Also very fond of seafood (sea bass, snapper), Italian and Indian and of course fresh cod and chips (with lashings of salt and vinegar) from the local chippy.

Like I said it all shows

You weren't kidding - it is a whole new thread!

I mainly enjoy various South East Asian cuisines. Thai, Malay and Indonesian in particular. That's also reflected in how I cook, with some middle eastern influences thrown in for good measure.

Proper Italian food, not the Irish equivilant ! Same goes for proper authentically cooked Indian food.

Doodles !? What dual personality ??

I am a sweet and kind, happy-go-lucky gal LoL, who just doesn't care for household chores !!

Ideally I would have a cook who'd do the grocery shopping too. And get the fresh flowers twice a week.. xx
