It isnt illegal in Ireland to visit any escort. Even if they caught you with your trousers down, so to speak, the most at present you could be asked to do would appear as a witness. As far as I know the data you are talking about could only be requested if you were thought to have committed a crime.

In England you can be imprisoned for seeing any lady that has been trafficked, it makes no difference in law if you know or not. However, since the legislation was introduced, a grand total of 1 prosecution has been made of clients.

The police wouldn't have any need to touch our server, because everything we do is legal and above board. Seeing an escort is not illegal; it's just frowned upon by the general public, although I dare say those who are harping on about how 'immoral' it is are probably seeing escorts behind closed doors anyway.
