    It has been most frustrating.. for several days now I do receive my texts, but cannot send: "requested facility not subscribed"

    WHA?? Have to send it several times for it to get through.. that's time that I am just staring at phone..

    Broadband went to he..l as well. Finally after about an hour on call-waiting I got through to customer service. Lad couldn't be more

    helpful. Very polite and on spot. Since, things seem to be getting back to normal. BTW the text problems date back to last week

    Wednesday.. Is this NORMAL for level of Irish service lol ??
    I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.
