Leaving a negative review

Left a negative review about 6 weeks ago, which was my first after a good run of experiences. Not going to mention any names.
The escort in question has now opted out of reviews so my thoughts aren't available.
I left an honest assessment of my experience. It wasn't good for a number of reasons.
Was contacted by pm yesterday evening by the escort in question demanding an explanation.
I explained that it was honest assessment. She does admit that she was feeling rough from the night before and that if I had just said at the time I would have got my money back.
I further explained over another 5 pm's that I am not one for confrontation and it was an honest review. She seems still pretty passed with me.
Bit shocked this afternoon to get a text with the same issues again raised. Could have got me into a lot of trouble.
Wondering what others think. Would girls like to know they are getting a bad review so they can put it right.
Or should it be like a mystery shopper. Its is good say it is or if it is bad say it is also.
For the integrity of the review system I think the second option is best.
The above issues would make me think twice posting a bad review again.

Really these PM's should be reported to one of the mods/management by clicking 'report message' under the message ('!' symbol in a triangle). Once we have these PM's, we can take action.
