I put on my shoes about 40 minutes ago.
A pair of laced Clarks. €75 in a recent sale they were.
I didn't open the laces. I just kind of stuffed my feet in and squirmed around them until the heel went back into its normal place.
Ah yes. Just remembering it now again as i sip a cup of coffee.
