this is grand if someone knows you and is a similar age to you, but
sometimes explaining things to people just makes it worse, if they
hold prejudice to the subject matter etc, it can frustrate you.
i'm not referring to relationships here but general life matters.
Especially in industrial relations!!! Where both parties have opposing interests right from the start!
Of course this can apply to discussions between two individuals as well, and are prone to misunderstanding when the initial views of the parties involved are completely different from one another.
The only problem is that talking is our main means of communication and therefore there are few alternatives. Actions of course speak louder than words at times, but actions take time.
