Because this is a very small country where it could be difficult to explain going into a strange hotel or apartment if seen by a work colleague, wife or friend. If the lady is alone in the apartment no crime has been committed and therefore no guard would have the right to enter your property. Queen Bee is quite correct.

Simples really. The lady should say ''Good evening Guard, may I see your warrant and take your supervisors direct number, plus your ID card please?''
If she is shown the ID etc plus the warrrant, then she should allow the Guards in and allow them to conduct their enquiry without obstruction. If there are two ladies on premises then your client has just become a star witness.
If the Guards do no have a warrant then you tell them quite nicely to come back when the do because you aren't only off the boat. And then go and peel your client out off the balcony he will be trying to jump off, usually naked
